I seriously think he needs to smoke a joint to loosen up. Maybe he’s an undercover coke head or his vices include prostitution. I don’t know. The motherfucker does need to smoke some weed and take it easy. What’s the worst that could happened if the States legalizes marijuana? It’ll create jobs and revenue for hundreds of thousands of Americans.
